A high-efficiency power management unit (PMU) with wide dynamic range for radio frequency (RF) energy harvesting system is proposed in this paper. digital zero current switching (ZCS) and a maximum point tracking (MPPT) circuits are adopted. sub-threshold reference circuit subthreshold voltage detection to reduce the consumption of always-on control improve conversion efficiency at low input power. dual-oscillator designed extend widen optimized under low-end band high-end band, respectively. Switch size on-time adjusted according power, which optimizes range. Proposed PMU implemented standard 180 nm CMOS process. The post-layout simulation results show that can achieve cold-start 280 mV, maintain only 9.6 nW. 11 nW–677 μW. When 50 nW, (PCE) 65% achieved, peak PCE reach 93% 23.5
